susandennisSince my leg has been so full of ouch, I have been very careful getting up and sitting down and getting in and out of bed, car, etc. Just now i forgot and sat down in a way that torqued my knee/shin in such a way that I got a Really Loud indication that there is still a ways to go to full healing. I really ripped something in there... something just below the knee on the towards the right side (as i look down). And It's still ripped. At least it does not throb or scream when I am careful and nice to it.

The sun went behind the clouds this afternoon. It's still very warm out but at least it's not fry hot. I'd love to hold off hauling out the air conditioner for a couple more weeks. I did get the tower fan out yesterday and it's doing a lovely job.
