susandennisI did the treadmill for 29.35 minutes at 2.7, the easy elevation. I had no good reason to quit early, I just did. I am the boss of me. I can do that and I did. And, yeah, I feel guilty. Oh well.
The elliptical wonders were back again this morning to exhaust me.
It's been cloudy all week in the mornings which has been heaven. The gym has gynormous windows and manages to capture the morning sun in the same way a magnifying glass captures it to start a fire. So cloudy mornings are really nice.
