susandennis30 minutes 2.7 easier elevation but no cheating. Neighbor Ann came in at my 15 minute mark and hopped up onto the treadmill next to me and we swapped gossip for 15 minutes keeping me suitably distracted.
There were three young ample women there today. The two elliptical queens doing their exhausting bit and another one doing sprints on a treadmill. Amazing all of them and admirable.
