I did 25 minutes on the treadmill at 2.8 - up a notch with the more difficult elevation program. It was fine.

Then I did 5 minutes of some balance exercises that Marci showed us yesterday. I am so not good at them but, hopefully, if I practice, I'll get better. One of the uses no equipment and I need to remember to do it at home once in a while during the day.
