My right leg

susandennisBoth knees are healed. Neither ankle is swollen. My right leg from the bottom of the knee about half way to the ankle is still funky. Semi-sore under pressure or stress it and numb in places but it's still getting better.
Then this morning I wake up with a new bout of gout in my right foot. Crap and Ouch. I got up to pee about 3 am and noticed a twinge at that time and it occurred to me to take a gout pill but I was too sleepy. Bad decision. This morning it is bad like it's not going to clear up quickly bad. Fuck. If it's not one thing, it's another.
I think I can squeeze it into my shoe for the gym today. I'm going to try it. With company coming, I might be skipping some gym sessions this week already. I can't afford to skip today.
Fuck, fuck, fuck.
