30 minutes on the treadmill. It was fine. The regulars were there. The pilates instuctor's service dog who is this adorable chihuahua looked really hung over and I commented on it. The instructor admitted they had been out late to a concert last night. This totally cracked me up.

Shoew time and back to work for me...
