susandennisI rarely love going to the gym. Usually, I dislike it. Today I really disliked it. I enjoyed the work break but as soon as I got into the door of the gym, I was ready to go back to work. I clearly need to work on my attitude.
I did 28 minutes on the treadmill. My top speed and the more difficult elevation program. I was even listening to an engaging book. I was just not into it at all. Sigh.
