Gym Report delayed!!

susandennisDelayed because I totally forgot to post it when I got back from the gym. Oh, I know. I had a conference call so I had to take a speed shower and then call in. That's why.
Anyway, I did a triathlon. 10 mins on the treadmill - a notch faster than my usual fastest speed! and 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 10 minutes on the recumbent bike. I was heading for the sit up bike but before I realized it, I was all set up in the bike chair so what the fuck. Turned out to be good, I think. Clearly my body was not used to this one. Ha! surprised ya!
Nadia, my former trainer, had 3 people in the classroom that I could see through the picture window. She was putting them through their paces. I was glad I was not one of them.
