susandennis29.5 minutes on the treadmill. I gave my self .5 mins for a reward. It was too terrible. The usual speed the usual elevation.
The only other people in the gym this morning were people I knew. Interesting. Akiko from this building. 1/2 of the adorable older gay couple. Marilyn who also lives upstairs. I caught Akiko's eye first when I walked in and gave her a big 'Hi' and everyone answered. It was funny and everyone thought so. Nice little gymness.
