Oh, Zappos, just how wonderful are you?

susandennisI was gathering up stuff for Goodwill and happened on two pairs of shoes in my closet. One is a pair of sneakers that I wore 3 times and fell twice. The other is a pair of sandals with the same rocker soul that I never wore because I was afraid of them.
Then I remembered Zappos allows returns for up to a year. I went to their website and hit 'return these' for both pair. I have labels now and will send back. I don't have the boxes and I'm not sure they will take 'worn' shoes.
We shall see. Certainly cost me nothing to try.
