susandennisEvery two years, the building manager brings some dudes around to clean out the dryer vent. They got here just now and discovered the vent had fallen off the connection. I thought it had been awfully dusty lately. They say after they finish cleaning it out, they will reattach it.
My dryer is on top of the washer in a closet with about 5" of clearance on one side and 1" on the other. I have no clue how they are going to fix this but I am so glad that they are and I don't have to worry about it.
On alternate years, he brings around chimney sweeps.

I have a good swim class today. It was a shallow end seniors class - aka bobbing boobies. Many of the participants are giants sized women with massive breasts that just bob on the water. It's hilarious. There were three guys there today but only one had giant boobs.
This was the first shallow class I'd taken wearing shoes and it does make it a much different and better workout. I still like the deep water better.
I also think I figured out a way to fix at least a couple of my swim suits so that they don't have empty tents where the giant boobs I don't have should go.
Who knew swimming was all about boob talk???!
The really really nice lady at the counter when you first get to the pool - the one who takes your money and answers all your questions - is named Buchanan. I think that's a cool name.
Oh, the dryer is fixed! wow. I did not see how they did it cause I was typing this but it's all done now and they have gone.
Very nice.
Now I have to get back to work. I'm hoping I can get two massive bits completed today. But, I am not working past 4. I'm just not. The work on this new project is biting my ass and I need a break from it.
