susandennisThis is an exact copy from an email I just received from Tivo in response to a question about a feature that is no longer working:
..."We want this to say "Disable". When it says "Disable" this means that it is enabled.
However, if it says "Enable" that means it is disabled and needs to be enabled."...
Does WTF need a new example??
