Breakfast Sandwich - Yum...
Oct. 21st, 2011 04:08 pmJimmy Dean sausage is kind of hard to find here sometimes so I was not hopeful... But I truly scored. They had a bag of cooked sausage patties that were the perfect size so I got reinspired. And here's what I did:

Muffin pan - Pammed up. And then an egg into each cup. Then I scrambled the eggs a little and added salt and pepper. Then I plopped in a sausage and covered each with shredded cheddar cheese.
I toasted the english muffins and then popped the muffin tin in at 375 for 25 minutes.
Then I let them cool, popped them out and slapped each in between two english muffin halves and wrapped them in waxed paper and put them in the freezer. Next week is breakfasted!

Plus, no mess. And the only thing to clean is the muffin thing and a fork. Bonus points in my book.
I could have taken a photo of each step but I am lazy.
