My Perfect Sunday

One of the oddities of this condo is the neighborhood noise and ambiance. Last night, as I went to sleep, I could hear the roar of the football crowd along with the voices of loud drunks on the street sounding as if they were moving in for life.
This morning I woke up to silence. The parking lot was empty and no one was around. I've lived here nearly 20 years now and this happens quite a bit and it still gets me.

Breakfast was at this odd little place called... Oddfellows. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It's a nice change and parking was easy cause it was early.
Then home for the rest of the day. I've got nothing on the agenda. I changed the sheets on the bed and did the laundry and put it away. My work computer wanted to reboot after an update so I said 'fine' go for it. It's all back now and set up and ready for tomorrow. There's no place I want to go or need to go and so I think I'm just going to do a little TiVo cleanup while I knit some bear.
Just a nice, quiet Sunday
