Making GREAT progress!

susandennisThis morning's chore was to transfer all the needed stuff from my faux server giant sized CPU to my cute little turquoise netbook and hook it up to the monitor. Done and done. The giant CPU lived under the desk behind a skirt. I had previously replaced a giant farm of external drives that lived there with 2 pocket drives so this was the last of the under the desk shit to go.
By the time I unplugged the speakers and the CPU and cleared it all out, I found I had a daisy chain of 8 power strips. Other than each other, they only have 2 things plugged into them. I believe I can consolidate...
Next, I am going to take all the stuff down to the storage area and bring up some plastic bins and start going through the crap inside the desk. I probably won't get going on that until tomorrow.

Today is swim class at noon and conf call at 1. So I think I'm going to go ahead now and head on over to the pool. I can get in 15-20 mins warm up before class. Which will make up for probably having to split from it early.
