This and That with no organization
Dec. 7th, 2004 02:00 pmI think I am going to go ahead and switch medical insurance. I can get it through the Microsoft Alumni Association. It seems like good coverage and relatively reasonably priced. I have to wait until February for coverage but that's ok. I have all the forms to fill out and can go ahead and do that now.
I do have to remember this when I ask how she is. I never know for sure if I'm getting a true report or if she's doing a 'spin' to help convine me and her. But, today she says she's doing better - the muscle spasms that had her confined to her chair with a heating pad for so long seem to be easing and she says the tremors in her hands are much calmer. But she could just be 'whistling a happy tune'. It's hard to tell.
Tonight's test will be VNC. That's what I've used for the past 3 years and it has worked great. Let's just hope my brother can get it back working again.

Date: 2004-12-08 11:49 am (UTC)I just spit up the wine I am drinking after reading this part of your post. And now there are red wine spots all over my screen.
Please tell me this guy laughed when you told him this. For some reason, it is the funniest damn thing I have read today.
