Gimme air!!

susandennisIn the 70's? 80'S? They used to have oxygen bars. There were a couple who missed the 'fad over' memo in the Las Vegas airport when we were there in January. I'd kill for one now. I feel like I just cannot get enough air into my lungs. On TV when someone is gasping for air, they slap one of those oxygen masks over their face and they show instant relief. I so need that.
Trying to breathe is exhausting. A short trip to the grocery store is all about having enough breath to get there and back.
Sitting is ok. Totally manageable. Almost pretty fine. Happily, I have a sit down job and core skills in sitting.
I coughed for the first 30 minutes of swimming but after that and since then I've been pretty cough free.
I got some good work hours in and now I'm doing laundry. Things are okdokey as long as no one makes me do jumping jacks or even just do jack. I'm pretty sure he'd be unimpressed with my lame effort.
