A good night's sleep

I had zero problems going to sleep last night and staying asleep. Whew. I woke up about 4 and realized what I feared last night didn't happen and gratefully went right back to sleep. I went ahead and got up early-ish so I could get good and awake before I leave for swimming. So far so good.
