Condo for sale...

susandennisI read in the paper this morning that Scott (the guy who lives just below me and is a realtor) was having an open house of a unit down the hall from his so I went to check it out.
The condos in this building share similaries but they are different in a lot of ways. Especially if the owners have made improvements. Plus, the building is divided in half - the east facing half all have 1.5 bathrooms (a few have 1.75) and are generally a little bigger. Most of the west facing ones have walk in closets. I face east.
The one he was showing is a west facing one that is way smaller than most. No walk in closet. But, they have done a FABULOUS design job. It is lovely. Really lovely. I would be thrilled to live there. Scott has some good pictures of it on his website and I'm hoping maybe I can get Sheri in there to see it before it trades hands. It's been on the market a week and Scott already has an asking price offer contingent on the buyers getting permission to replace the carpet (which is beautiful) with hardwood floors.
