I feel like a slug. A slug with a cold. Fortunately, I have no need to turn on my happy face today. I can feel free to be a slug. I have cleaned the toilets and vacuumed the house and started the laundry. I'm hoping that Sheri the designer comes over this week to get started. The carpet is so stained and filthy that it makes the rest of the house filthy. I'm hoping she'll look at it as a petri dish just begging for improvement.

I watched 3/4ths of Napolean Dynamite yesterday. I didn't get it.

My other two Netflix movies are a documentary about women's rights and Pretty Woman. Really.

This cold has made my brain feel stupid. I am not responsible for this entry or any others until I say so.

Napolean Dynamite was weird. I knew kids like that in school and they were odd. Parts of it was really funny like the brother and his girlfriend, but other than that it was just uncomfortable to watch. After the credits there is a wedding between the brother and his girlfriend. That was pretty amusing.

I really liked Napoleon Dynamite, but I think it's because a lot of the little things - costumes, set dressing, etc. - is still I wore or used or saw when I was growing up. The girl's hairstyle and outfits? I used to be just like that.

I haven't seen it yet...But I'm guessing it'll hit too close to home for me and hence be hilarious. I was a total social retard in high school.
