So what idiot goes to Costco the day before the Superbowl??? (See userpic for hint.) But carnivores have got to eat. And when I went to pull a pork chop out of the freezer, I discovered that some jerk ate the last one without making a note or replenishing the supply. I like most things about living alone but the shortest game in town is the blame game.

So... Off I go to Costco Store #1 which is about 2 miles down the road from my house. And, I discovered that the bigger better replacement version of Store #1 is well under way. That should be fun.

From the time I got the cart at the front door until I was actually in the front door, 5 different people came out with giant TV's. The last minute-ness of this just cracks me up. Got my pork chops, got my steak, got my bacon. Got cat food, kitty litter and tall kitchen bags. We're good for a while here at SDHQ.

Gave me a chuckle there, Susan. Funny thing about living alone is how much I've learned about my roommate. Funny too, how passive-aggressive the houseplants are about not watering themselves.

Don't even get me started on the houseplants. I buried 2 today. I don't care what anyone says. They were suicides. Those buggers have been looking very sad for a while.
