Ok... what part of me was the clue?

I pass a fair number of pan handlers every day. I honestly do not pay any attention to them. But, we also have homeless folks who sell a newspaper - Real Change. When I see one I always give them $5 and tell them to please give the paper to someone else. They are always so gracious. Tonight, when I got off the bus, there was one there at the corner so I did my thing and he said "Wait! Please! Take one of the cards in case you ever need it. They are printed for us by the ACLU."

I took it and thanked him and started walking towards home while I read the title ... "What to do if you're stopped by the police" - in nice wallet card size.

I'm ready. Well, I will be once I read all the rules. Bring 'em on!!
