Back in time

susandennisI'm having a bit of personal youth-a-nasia this weekend. I've gotten my period for the first time in nearly a year and I have a beautiful zit in the middle of my forehead to go with it. Ahhhh young again.
Menopause is such a flakey bitch. I don't have hot flashes. But, instead, I pretty much stay hot*. (*as used to designate temperature not attractiveness although I am pretty sure that in some freaky fetish circles, I am sooooo the other hot). After having periods you could set your watch by for 40 years, they tapered off a couple of years ago. 1 or 2 and then none and then 1 after about 6 months and then skipping several months. I stopped by Tampax in the 40 count box. But, I guess we're having a last little laugh here this weekend.
On the up side, I'm taking this as a sign that I am not pregnant.
