Wireless drops and takes all data with it while the icon never changes. It looks like there is a signal and it's working but it's not.
If I go to the speedtest app for instance...
If I see 'try again' I know the data pipe is plugged.
I toggle wifi and it's fixed instantly. I even made a NFC tag to toggle wifi and stuck it under the table next to me.
Just now, I saw a photo I took was trying and failing to upload. Wifi icon indicated, no problem. I hit the NFC tag, wifi icon showed wifi off. Hit again and the file started uploading immediately.
The NFC tag is a bandaid. I'm wondering what the fix is. (none of my other wifi using things are having issues - just the phone)
