Sheri's hard at work!

On the bus this afternoon, I checked email on my Treo... There was a note from Sheri and then another one and then another one - each one indicating that the attachments were what I needed to see. That bus could not go fast enough for me.

She had drawings for the office area, the kitchen (mugs), and the windowseat-like nook. They are all so wonderful and she is sending them on to her cabinet maker!

Here's a photograph that she used to design the nook... There won't be a window, of course, but maybe a painting of one? Or some other scrumptious artwork. And there will be bookshelves and drawers just like this one. It is going to be so wonderful...

OOOOH!! I love nooks! There's something so comfortable and cozy about feeling so enclosed! Cocoonish, maybe? Are you going to have the curtain as part of the nook?? I hope so!

I love the nook! You know that you won't get to use it. The kitties will take it over. I think you should convince her to build kitty nooks where the window is in the picture.

Hehe...when you talked about a windowlike something, this picture of a skinny aquarium popped into my brain. If the nook IS going to be appropriated by the cats, it'd be something for them to watch!
