Lazy enhanced agriphobia

susandennisI did go to Costco. I found half the stuff I wanted and wandered around a little. My lungs are just not liking leaving the house. I get out of the house, enjoy the tiniest of exertion and I start coughing and panting. Not a whole lot but enough to annoy the shit out of me. On the way home I stopped at Grocery Outlet for those things I couldn't find at Costco.
Once safely ensconced in my own house I can do what I want and breath fine with no coughing or panting. I cleaned up the kitchen, reorganized the freezer, put away all my shopping. No coughing no panting.
I think it's all in my head. But I'm going to keep my head in its safe place today. Tomorrow I will walk uptown to get some exercise and catch an early movie and test out my theory.
