Got a note very unsatisfactory email response from Amazon... As usual, they say they will past my complaint on to OnTrac. Since I've made the same complaint every six months for a couple of years now and gotten the same response, I'm underwhelmed, Amazon.
OnTrac tracking hasn't budged since this morning. All other delivery companies have been here today - including two flower deliveries.
Looks like my $80 a year for Prime is going to guarantee my 2-day shipment gets here in 5 days? 6 days? OnTrac is not on any trac I know.
Amazon's email said they couldn't tell which of my orders hadn't been delivered. Uh, one clue, Amazon, might be to check the delivery status. All say delivered except one. A good guess, on your part, would be that one.
Can you tell that I'm getting crankier about this by the minute????? On the up side, I am getting some exercise cause I keep having to get up and reboot the fucking router! grrrrrrr

yep, but that only worked when the router crapped out every 6 hours or so. Now it's dying in 10 minutes or in an hour or in 3 hours or in 20 minutes.

actually, it seems to like that time, after I sit down again, and really get into whatever it is I was doing. then, bong. gone. Reboot.

Is the vendor the one who used OnTrac? I've never known Amazon proper to use it.

Oh, it's Amazon all right. OnTrac is a 'local' delivery company... used by Amazon in a handful of western states. We're 'special'.
