My arm is killing me. Saturday, I think, I must have picked up something too heavy or picked it up the wrong way or something because Sunday morning, I woke up and my right arm was sore. Not even that sore, but sore.

Monday and yesterday it has gotten progressively sorer and now it's killing me! It's mainly sore just below the elbow but also just around the elbow too. I think two days of mousing here at work has pissed it off. I lowered the desk this morning and that helps a little. I woke up at 3 a.m. and it HURT. I think I must have rolled over on it or something. A combo of hurting and being very pissed off about it kept me awake for a long time. It was excruciating to lift the toothbrush up to my teeth this morning.

I see no reason to suffer in silence so I share.

It might be tennis elbow which is easy to get even if you don't play tennis. It is caused by problems with the tendons where they connect to the elbow.

I have it - mostly in remission; ice helps when it hurts. I use elbow straps when I do weight lifting or extensive gardening work. I found some excellent exercises on the web - squeezing a tennis or similar ball is extremely helpful when I am having pain and doing it with the elbow strap avoids further aggrevation.
