How in the world do I work with someone who is telling me what goes onto a web page but does not know how to copy and paste into a note or word doc? And who just stood here at my desk and said "I don't know what a link it... Is that one of those words that you push?"

I knew you would understand. There has to be a special agency we could use to hire someone to torture people like this. Poison is good, not messy like the hacking I was considering...

She was just back here at my desk saying that she would print out the page and write out her instructions but the http (she actually pronounced it Hashtip - it took me a bit to figure out what she meant) sutff was too much trouble to write down.

Actually, she might do the job herself. She just suffered a self inficted gunshot wound to the foot. She sent an email complaining about me to the writing vendor... Only she sent it to me instead of the writing vendor. Made my day.

Oh no! And she sent it to you!? It constantly amazes me how often people do that.

She's right. If I were worth my salt, I could go with every third piece of info and just make up the rest.

Actually... In addition to the cracks about me, she also included a link to the website that I had told her twice already would not work for anyone not on the Microsoft network.

So I just hit reply and reminded her that her vendor would not be able to see the website from that link and included the appropriate link to use.

Even she was able to noodle out that this meant I had actually seen the note. I got 3 appologies from her. I just deleted them. She is supposed to be bringing me page updates on Monday. That could be fun.

It's kind of a closed mouth snort. Luckily no fluids were involved.

Now it sounds like she is worthy of a nickname. Not everyone can achieve that status. And it sounds like she came up to this level really quickly.

You know, on the one hand your are right. She just skyrocketed to nickname status. BUT, that implies that I will have continued dealings with her and, honestly, I can't see that happening. Truly, she stops by my desk again and she's a dead woman. But, I seriously doubt she has enough nerve to ever get near me again. hehehehe
