Amazon is trying to make me feel better about our impending divorce (I'm giving up Prime due to their use of OnTrac as a shipper). The coffee I ordered is broken (k-cup) but, as it turns out, is also non-returnable.
After so many happy Amazon years, it's so sad to see the end in view.

What is it about OnTrac that you don't like? I don't know anything about them.

Oh yeah--I remember you talking about this recently. Too bad--Amazon Prime is one of my favorite things, and I'd be pissed too if I were having your problems. They use Fed Ex down here, and they almost always get it right.

They refunded my money on my non-returnable K-Cups purchase several weeks ago, when I complained that the product description was misleading. (Really, they weren't K-Cups. (http://www.amazon.com/review/R2QT7NRUF0QR/ref=cm_cr_pr_viewpnt#R2QT7NRUF0QR)) If something's wrong with the product you got, it's certainly worth using the Contact Us (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/browse-form-dispatch/dispatch.html/ref=hp_ss_comp_cu_C?ie=UTF8&nodeId=508510) button to tell them why you're unhappy and ask them to issue a refund anyway.

Of course, I've still got a bunch of K-Cups sitting around twiddling their proverbial caffeinated thumbs until I'm next in an environment with a Keurig brewer. I suppose I could get my own, but I've been doing fine (and saving oodles of money) with ground coffee I already had at home and a makeshift pourover filter. (http://www.gimmecoffee.com/galleries/brewing_at_home_part_5_pour_ov/) (Really, the stopper-equipped filter basket from an old 12-cup brewer.)

You're welcome! So, what was wrong with your coffee? Something different than was wrong with mine?
