Someone in my circle shared this (limited so I'm not sharing her share just to be safe)...
Anyway, it looks amazing. I don't know why the cast iron skillet is required. As soon as I get my hands on an avocado, I'm giving it a whirl - and adopting the suggestion to add a few breadcrumbs for crunchy and some grated cheese. Yum!
