I just did a G+ search of "Dory Previn" and turned up the most marvelous clips and memories. Her best song writing/performance years coincided with my late teens and early twenties. I had no major trauma but adopted the angst of youth and the frustration of feminists and Dory Previn was the perfect musical accompaniment. I had all of her records and listened to them endlessly.
