I think I'll stop at the market on the way to the pool - I need JOC - juice, oil and cheese. My Mom used to do that - make an acronym out of a short list. It always worked for her. It works for me about half the time.
Since there's a break in the work action, I think I'll head out a little early and get some time in the pool before class.
