I think the key is clean

susandennisYesterday I was feeling really fractious - too much stuff out of place due to the living room redo and it just got to me.
Today, I left a note for Amira and told her not to bother with the living room this time but to please run the vacuum in the corner where the old furniture was and clean the baseboards. It was just filthy. Now it is so clean the baseboards look like they are freshly painted.
Clean just makes the whole house and the whole me feel more in order. Every once in a while I think it is silly for me to have a house cleaner. Surely I could do it myself. NFW.
My brother and I had a fun little Google talk chat this afternoon. He sent me the link to the listing for his house. http://vt.realbiz360.com/Listing-958329.html# It looks so fresh and nice. He has a networking group that he's been a part of for a good while. His carpet guy, his painter, his Realtor, his handyman, all from his networking group, spruced up the house. He also got it pre-inspected and got everything the inspector found, fixed. So smart. I hope it sells quickly for him.
