Knitting does not bother my tennis elbow on bit. Crocheting, however, causes great pain. Especially when you crochet along because all you want to do is finish off the edging on the one afghan and you don't even like to crochet and swear that the next one you make will require no crochet and you ignore the increasing hurt.

Until you can't any more because it really really really really hurts.

And I have about 20 minutes worth of crocheting left. And, you know what? It might just get left until my arm heals because it is just stupid to aggravate this thing and delay healing over a fucking crocheted edge!

So, I'm going to go now and read my book and hope that does not hurt. Geesh.

The cats food and water is on the terrace. The couch is moved to where the painter wanted it (I hope - if not she can just move it herself because moving it didn't help my arm any...).

I've had tennis elbow and it IS frustrating. Are you taking any antiinflammatories? It seems like what worked for me was essentially shocking the thing into some semblance of submission with a high dose of an antiinflammatory and then continuing with a lower dose, as well as reduced activity. And heat, although I think it's SUPPOSED to be ice. I couldn't stand ice.

The reduced activity part is the real b14tch, I know.
Good luck.

Yikes..I can see you on one of your cams....and from down here, it looks like YOU are wrapped in a clear plastic drop cloth!

Hope the cats are happy now that you're back home from work.
