I learned tonight that my pool is going to close for four weeks in August! four weeks!!! I'm so not happy.

Ouch! Major maintenance, I'm guessing?

Yeah... roof. Turns out they usually close each pool for 2 weeks every other year. We just get a major hit this year because the building is way old and the roof is way tired.

I'm so bummed. The nearest next pool has no parking and no good way to get there by bus. The one after that takes a good 15 minutes or more to even get to. An hour of swimming will kill 2 hours of day.

I do have time to hopefully find a better plan.

A month! arugh!!!
