All the little things are all taken care of except the medical bill which is tomorrow's chore.

And I have a wonderful dinner to heat and eat.

And beautiful stained glass which will be in my windows tomorrow.




I went to Home Depot and found good chain easily but then ran into problems with hooks to hang it from. I now have three different kinds. I'll just return the ones that Steve (the hanger) doesn't use. I'm all ready for him.

And Anita left the kitchen so clean and tidy. She always does but somehow today it's just more important to me.

So things are calm. I am calm. There's a baseball game tonight. All is fine.

Oh and I think my brother is home from the hospital.

Oh, no, the dreaded peanuts, and in pink even! Hope you got it all cleaned up by now. I like "better" and "best" but the "super best" will be tomorrow. I'll be there in spirit, Susan.

Hmmm . . . I think I got the eye hooks from HD. But any will do. Good thinking to get three kinds and take the rest back. If the chain you got is jack chain, I think that is a pretty universal size and very comparable to what I've sent.

I know you know this, but I just have to ask . . . you know those are the back sides of the windows in your photo and will be facing the outside.

I'm glad to hear the news that your brother is home, and from your previous posts--doing so well.

Slightly off topic, but it has really annoyed me ever since Flickr did a UI change to where it takes 3 clicks to get the original size version and another right/left click combo to see it scaled in the browser. What were they thinking (probably: Let's make it as difficult as possible so they don't use up the bandwidth).

They look nice. Hopefully the installation goes well with the replacement parts.
