3 innings of the FOX announcers is all I can stand. i hit mute and am now listening via MLB AT bat on the phone One of the better announcers is doing radio. Nice. The fact that the TV is a good 2 to 3 mins ahead of the audio is only a little disconcerting.

I had a chance to watch some MLB on my brother's new flatscreen last night. Holy crap! Better than being at the game live! What a difference.

Isn't it amazing?? I live 2 blocks from the stadium and rarely go but also rarely miss a game on TV.

Holy crap. We cut away to a hockey game during a commercial, and I thought the puck was going to fly into the living room. My brother and SIL were cracking up at my reaction; I was really blown away by the image quality and resolution.

The downside to having been a broke student? Missing out on some really cool tech toys that could have inhabited my apartment!
