For the first time, I actually do feel like we are making forward progress. I remember when I knew we were done tearing the old out but now there are enough things in place or that I know are going to be in place, that I am finally feeling like this redecorating project will actually, someday, be done and be great.

Sheri came over this afternoon and brought more stuff - more shelves for the closet and we repositioned the ones that were there. Turns out we need even one more.

The bed and bench come tomorrow. The ceiling fan and bathroom hardware and other handyman stuff will get done on Monday. And the media center will also arrive on Monday. The buffet kind of console cabinet thing for the front room will arrive on Monday, too.

The shelves in the hallway and the bench are still being decided and Sheri promises we'll have all the info to discuss and decide next week.

OH and the swivel chair was ordered today... green.

We have one very viable desk/office furniture option and Sheri met a very cool woman this week who is an office furniture expert that she's going to bring over for a consult.

It's all coming together. Finally. Whew. It's going to be excellent. Really. I'm feeling so good that I've decided to let the Red Sox beat the Mariners tonight. But, no more after tonight. I'm going make a quick trip to Home Depot and then swing by the Teriyaki place.

Thanks. We weren't able to help, because we were at the opera.

But, no more after tonight.

Well, if one is believe the weather forecasts, you may get your wish, at least for this series.

Wow, that really is progress. I know you must be just tired of not knowing where anything is. How are the smells? Better. Really, try that odor stuff. I used it in my last two houses for much the same reason you need it, and it worked.
