I just heard from my boss. All is fine and copacetic and I don't think he has anything up his sleeve. My severance pay will come next Friday and the COBRA info in a day or two - no gap, he promises. I feel soooo much better.

I got an email just now from Google asking if I wanted to participate in a usability study. I sure do!!! Then I got the idea to see what else was out there. I just finished filling out the Microsoft application for their studies and I will fill out the Amazon one after I get back from the pool. I need to think of more places that might want me.

But, first, I swim.

You too, eh? I think they sent them out to everyone who is in the Seattle area. I signed up for that what seems like so long ago that I forgot I did and was suspicious when I saw the email and questionnaire, but it didn't ask for any sensitive information so figured it couldn't hurt.
