Forgotten Fun

I kept the Bolt laser toy beside my chair to distract Travis when he got in my way and would't let me work. He never really chased the laser but he could watch it for hours and the nearly silent noise it made got his attention immediately.

Betty, on the other hand, runs and runs and circles and goes after that damn red dot. She just woke up from a nap so I fired it up and she had a ball. This will be a fine replacement for Travis chasing her all over the house.

Also, I realized I can now have plants and flowers anywhere I want. Travis ate them all unless they were on the mantle where he couldn't get to them. He ate some beautiful arrangements back when I got one delivered every month. Betty could care less. She likes food not salad.

Travis was a fabulous cat and full of fun but in his wake Betty and I can make new fun.

You may want to be ready for Betty to take up Travis' habits! ;) The late-great Target assumed many of Snoopy's traits when he went on to his great reward.

That all being said, I am very happy that Betty is taking very good care of you.
