Today she is making:
I'm going through old LJ entries. I used to store a lot of pictures and graphics on susandennis.org. I changed the domain name in the consolidation of my websites so now all the image links are broken. I did a search and there are more than 200 entries and 600 comments that have the old domain name. I doubt seriously that I will fix them all but I figured I'd see just how odious the task really is. So far it's been a lovely trip down memory lane!
I just came across this early early photo of Betty with my old cat Jake. Jake came with me when I moved up here from California in 1992. This picture was in an LJ entry in 2003 so Betty was like 2 or 3 years old (and Jake would was about 13.)

Today she is making:
- Farfalle with Crab and Grapefruit and Avocado Salad
- Twice-Baked Potatoes with all the toppings
- Breaded Pan-Fried Chicken Thighs with Mustard Potatoes
- Beef Pot Pie with Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Port Wine Sauce
- Poulet au Vinaigre with Buttery Artichoke Hearts
