Calf mystery solved
Oct. 8th, 2012 01:14 pmI had a great session at the pool. I did my usual jogging and arm/weight work and did about 5 laps and then grabbed the noodle to walk on it for a while and BAM - ouch! Yep, the noodle is also, apparently, good for calf muscles! On Saturday after class, I did spend about 15-20 minute of solid noodle stuff. So that's what caused the problem on Sunday.
Good to know that's what caused it and good to know that the noodle walking makes a difference.
