I made it all the way through swim class with exactly ZERO issues.  And I bounced up the stairs the same way.

Last year when I had so many breathing problems, the two flights of stairs up to the pool I go to on Saturday were my barometer.  When I first went back to swimming I had to rest at the first landing before I could even get to the top.  Then I could get to the top but then spent several minutes fighting for a good breath.  Now when I can bounce all the way up without thinking about it at all, I know for sure that I am fine and dandy.

I am fine and dandy for sure.

After class, I went to a new place for brunch. It was tiny and loud but they had a table so I scrunched into it and waited for my coffee.  The waitress took my order when she asked me if I wanted coffee.  She didn't write it down and it was loud in there.  They offered several variations of baked eggs.  I ordered one with ham.  She brought me one swimming in tomato sauce.  I thought maybe the ham was buried.  It was not.  No ham and the tomato sauce one was just yuck.  To her credit, she offered to bring me something else but it just wasn't a place I wanted to spend extra time in and the line to get in the door was long so I declined.  She charged me for coffee only - $2.75 and I left her a $5 bill.  Lesson learned.

Then I went on to Fred Meyers to pick up a few things.  That place was packed.

But I found the perfect phone mount for my phone.  I had one that I wasn't totally happy with.  And, now that I can see, I can easily see the dashboard clock which I could never see before.  So I no longer need the after market clock and can use that space on the dashboard for a phone mount.

Fixed, fixed and fixed...  $5.

I got gas and made another stop and by this time it was lunch time and I was hungry so I stopped at McDonald's and got an angus burger with fries.  Perfect.  And Betty enjoyed a couple of fries herself.

Now I'm off to finish my Kindle book - while waiting for my wrong order in the restaurant, I got to a really good part of the story and I want to get back and find out what happens!

Glad to hear class was trouble-free. Nothing says "recovery" like doing the things we love without a setback.

That's cute I used to have a cat who liked fries as well.
