There are many things that I am not good and and don't enjoy. Driving and shopping for furniture are way up there at the top. But, I'm done now. I am beat.
The Costco Home store was relatively easy to find and nice. There was nothing at all that I wanted or that even would work too well in here but it was interesting to see. They did have a wall mirror that was marginally acceptable but mainly, it was just an eliminating trip. We don't have to do that again.
There was a huge Fred Meyers next door. I love any store where I can buy a bra and bananas at the same checkout point and I rarely get into a Fred Meyers so it was a treat. But very overwhelming. I did forget to get Elmer's Glue but I did find other good things - including a nice really big non-framed full length beveled wall mirror - $16! I think we can get that framed and it will be perfect.
Then I went on to regular Costco which would have been an easy next stop if I had the foggiest clue where I was. I didn't so it wasn't. But, I did remember to enjoy exploring around a place I have either never been to before or if I have it was a long time ago. I finally did find the Costco. I would have said that being in a strange Costco would result in over spending but I think I was just too tired. I got steak and floodlights (I was down to my last one).
And my last stop was at a Scan-Design outlet store that I saw in the paper this morning was having a huge sale. I found nothing bu it took a lot of walking around to accomplish that.
And now I'm home. And glad to be here. And I'm going nowhere.
