Walgreens Redemption

susandennisI just now got a call from one of the Walgreens (I think she said it was Walgreensmail). She said she was calling about the prescription I ordered and wanted to know if I needed it filled immediately. She said that on December 1, all of my prescriptions will be transferred automatically from Postal Prescription and if I could wait, all I would have to do is hit refill.
She noted that some of the information provided was confusing and they were discovering that customers were ordering things they didn't need. I told her that I was totally in that bucket. I don't need it and I really really appreciated her call.
Weird but I do feel way better about the whole thing now.

Date: 2012-11-13 07:12 pm (UTC)I'm ok not talking to humans. I'm just glad to have the correct info verified and appreciate that since I'm going to have to deal with them often, Walgreens demonstrated they really aren't the fuck up they were yesterday.
