susandennisSo the new dishwasher sticks out. It's too deep for the hole. It doesn't stick out that much but seriously, too deep for the hole???? Oh well. The installer guys took hours to get it in but it's and it's running now and it is very very quiet.
I hate having to lean over all that way to load and unload. I already miss my wonderful drawers.
But the real bad news is that the kitchen just needs a redo. The laminate strip on the counter edge over the dishwasher is peeling off - I gorilla glued it back but it means the rest is probably peeling off, too. The cabinet doors all need new hardware - not outside but inside so they hang straight.
I need a new sink, new counter top, new cabinet doors and a back splash. There is no way I cold live though a kitchen redo. It's just got to outlast me. It's just got to!
At least the new dishwasher is in and works and is paid for.
