Too old for the laser

Betty used to frolic to the Bolt laser toy nearly every time I turned it on and now, not so much.  Ron and Ann were talking about my cats  last night and asked how old Betty was.  She is 12 in human years which is 70 in cat years.  I often wonder if our remaining runway is about the same length.

She's still chipper, eats like a hog, follows me everywhere and is generally on duty at all times.  

And, heck, Travis was only 6 when he died.  So who knows, indeed.

for my household 12 is still pretty young. My Natasha lived to be 23. We lost Proton and Julian last year at age 16 and 17 (within a day of each other). I used to seriously feel like I was running a feline rest home. Now my only "old lady" is Lola and she is 16. next younger are Mama at 14 and Foster who is 12
