I'm not that into Christmas.  I'd really rather do without. It was a long, boring day.  Dinner last night was delicious but really not worth the broohaha.  On the up side, we're good for another year.  Whew.

And, I do like the cookies.

I slapped on a breathe rite strip last night and slept like the dead.

Ann and Ron's son and daughter in law have two wonderful dogs that they bring every year at Christmas.  It was great fun to play with the dogs and both are energetic and very well behaved and really just perfect dogs. It was great exposure.  And convinced me that I don't need one.  I'm still not sure why I think I do but now I know I don't.

Betty and I are a fine pair.  If we want another cat, we might get one but we might not want one.  It's a continuing debate.   I think it might be fun. Betty thinks it's the worst idea she has ever ever ever heard.

Today I am skipping the swimming pool.  There is no class and I don't want to run into the crowd that was there on Monday.  There's a class tomorrow.  I'll go then.  Today I think I'll just go for a walk.  [livejournal.com profile] howeird s looking for a Seahawks jacket so I think I'll wander down the lane to the team stores and see what's in inventory.  Then maybe over to Subway to cash in on one of the last remaining $2 lunches. I am sure going to miss those.

But first I have to get out of this bed. I've been web surfing and game playing since I woke up and it's time now to get up and move.

Thanks for looking! Got your email but can't see the image or reply on my phone from work.

I'm with you, not all that into Christmas. All that fuss just for one day, which often is long and boring with all my favourite places closed, and sometimes spent with relatives I rarely see and don't really care to see. I always heave a sigh of relief when it's done and feel glad that's it for another year.
