A new resolve

susandennisMy first aqua exercise instructor - Montrel - got promoted last year to assistant manager at a pool on the other side of town. It's the same pool I go to on Saturdays but during the week, traffic is a bitch making the trip way more trouble.
He teaches there on Fridays at 1:30 now. And I keep saying every week that I'm going to go and I don't cause it's too much trouble. But today I went and I resolve now to always go. He is just so good. He does far more cardio than any of the other teachers. I was exhausted before we were even finished. But he stays on your ass and makes you do it correctly.
He's just 10 times better than the Saturday teacher who is great. The teachers are my close by pool - where he used to work - suck in comparison. I'm going to start using those classes to train for Montrel's.
I am putting his class on my calendar and resolving not to miss it again.
